Little Red Wagon Challenge #369- Sparkle and Shine!

This week Brenda is our hostess and she has chosen sparkle and shine for our theme. That means just use some sparkle like glitter, glitter paper, or anything that sparkles or shines. Easy peasy right?

I'm using some sparkly glitter paper that I had in my stash. The image is from Stamping Bella called Santa is Stuck. I colored the image with my Copic markers.

So join us for a fun challenge and find some pretty sparkle and shine and then for a project, then just post your project on the http://lilredwagon.blogspot.com blog. Brenda will post her top picks next Tuesday.

Have fun!

Little Red Wagon Challenge #368- Emboss-able!

Yep a new challenge this week and Sandy is our hostess. The theme this week is Embossing. You can use embossing folders like I did or even a wet emboss is ok too. Be creative and have fun with it!

For my card I am using a stamp from My Favorite Things called Santa Has a Prezzie. I used my Copic Markers this time. I also used an older embossing folder from Tim Holtz' line of Alterations folders. I also used a Reverse Confetti die for the half circle.

Hop on over to the Little Red Wagon blog and check out what all the girlfriends have made too!
Sandy will post her top picks next Wednesday.

Have fun!

Little Red Wagon Challenge #367- Let's Get Sketchy!

Hello again! It's time for another great challenge. This week our hostess is Heather. She has chosen a fun Sketch challenge. Check out the Little Red Wagon blog for the sketch we are using.

For my card I decided to make a little Gift Card holder. I used the sketch for my card front and then created a little pocket on the inside. I used the My Favorite Things stamp set called Jingle All The Way. The little words are also from My Favorite Things called Gift Tag Greetings.

Hope you will join us this week. I look forward to see all the awesome creations. Heather will post her top picks next Tuesday and post it on the Little Red Wagon Blog.

Little Red Wagon Challenge #365-Stencil It!

Hey there! This week our Little Red Wagon Hostess is Kate. The challenge is to use a stencil on your project. I found this very challenging for me since I don't have any stencils. However this challenge is perfect for those of you in the same situation as me! That's why we call it a challenge....wink, wink. Let's do this challenge together!

Here is what I did. I used a My Favorite Things Chevron die. I just cut out the die and then used my Distress Inks to create my yellow Chevron background. See! Easy peasy!!

So come on over to the blog for some pretty amazing inspirations from all the Girlfriends. Here is a link to the http://lilredwagon.blogspot.com blog. Kate will post her top picks on the blog next Tuesday.

Have fun!!
